Our COS shoes are all custom-made and do not support returns if there are no quality issues! (Because shoes are handmade, it is normal for them to produce inevitable small amounts of glue marks and other small marks.)

After placing the order, our CS miukocosplayofficial@gmail.com will confirm the size of the shoes with you again. After you confirm the specific size, our designer will start making the shoes for you. At this time, the shoes cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they have not been shipped yet. Please be informed!

1. Everyone's foot type is different; the choice of size based on personal foot type shall prevail; if there is a small difference between the size of the left and right foot, to the larger data stable accurate!
2. If the back of the foot is high and the foot type is wide, it is recommended to choose a large size; if the back of the foot is flat and the foot type is thin, it is recommended to choose a small size!
3. The length of the shoe is fixed, but the foot type varies from person to person, and a slight length difference is normal!
